Fourth graders walked to Salem City Cemetery to participate in several learning activities and learn about people of Salem’s past.
Fourth grade braved the cold weather and walked over to Salem High to attend a concert by the Utah Symphony.
Harvard Farms brought over 500 pumpkins for students at Salem Elementary. There were a lot of student smiles as they carried their pumpkin home.

Kindergarten learns about the 4 seasons. To celebrate fall, students played in leaves, went on a nature walk, prepared to hibernate in a cave, did fall art, and weighed and measured a pumpkin. Fall is a wonderful season!
Mrs. Findlay teaches choir on Monday and Tuesday mornings for students. It is an 8am start with lots of fun to start the day off right.
Student Council and Star members learned how to create magic with positive leadership.

Mrs. Hooley's class has been learning about graphing. The students put on their chef hats, built burgers and graphed the toppings they put on them. The students had to make a bar graph with the information they gathered and turn their bar graph into a pictograph.
