On Thursday, Sept. 26th while you are at Parent Teacher Conferences learn about your teacher using the QR code on their picture outside their classroom door. In the comments section on Facebook write the teachers name and one interesting fact about that teacher. GOOD LUCK!!
Salem Elementary had school pictures on Thursday. Retakes will be October 22nd.
Mrs. Findlay read “The Way To Act” to kindergarten today. It taught them how to be curious, trustworthy, responsible, kind, and brave!
Mrs. Smith’s fourth grade class patiently watched as a caterpillar turn into a beautiful butterfly, and then shared the experience of releasing the butterfly with the whole fourth grade.
Salem Elementary has two students from each 6th grade class that is part of the the Student Council. Salem Elementary also has a Star Squad of 6th graders to help carry out Student Council responsibilities. We look forward to a fun year. Mrs. Strueper will be their advisor. On October 9th the Student Council and Star Squad are invited to attend a Student Leadership Conference at BYU.
