Salem Elementary Faculty awarded Amber Hancock the Classified Employee of the Year. Amber has worked at Salem Elementary for nine years in many positions that all have helped students succeed. We hope to keep her for many more!
Salem Elementary added a plaque to one of the playground benches in honor of Mr. Vest and all his service at Salem Elementary.
Our husband, father, brother, teacher, and best friend returned to his Heavenly Father on January 11th, 2021 after a long and hard battle in the Provo ICU with COVID-19. We are so proud of him and how strong he is, and truly feel that he could tell us: “I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith.”

Each year teachers nominate one teacher to be honored for their outstanding work as an educator. The Crystal Apple Award for 2020 was given to Mrs. Taylor. Mrs. Taylor teaches first grade at Salem Elementary and has many accomplishments both in the classroom and out. Congratulations Mrs. Taylor!!
