Red Ribbon Week

Red Ribbon Week is a nation wide event that takes place in public schools to promote a drug and alcohol free life style.  To celebrate Red Ribbon Week the students and staff at Salem Elementary participated in multiple events throughout the week including, a foot race and fashion show.  These events were accompanied by various dress-up days, such as all red day, silly sock day, and school spirit day.

Save the Kids Free Parent Education Night Sponsored by Nebo School District

All are invited to the #savethekids free Parent Education Night sponsored by Nebo School District on November 5, 2018, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Springville High auditorium at 1205 East 900 South in Springville, Utah.  

Collin Kartchner and Dr. Katey McPherson will lead a discussion on:

- Balancing screen time and device use,

- Protecting and cultivating our children's self worth,

- Devising a sensible famil use of device plan.

Schoolwide Fundraiser

Salem Elementary is having a schoolwide fundraiser to raise money for student Chromebooks, iPads, headphones, and Chromebook charging stations. We will be selling gourmet popcorn from Popcornopolis from October 22nd - November 2nd. Order forms and information will be sent home with students on Monday, October 22nd.
