Kinder practiced their R sound with Mrs. Peterson by acting out "Ten in the Bed." They had lots of fun singing the song and pretending to fall out of bed.

Good job to all those who participated in the school spelling bee, and congratulations to the winners: Nate Thorne, first place; Cambrie Peterson, second place; and Mia Carlos, third place.
Yesterday, kindergarten made their own groundhogs and voted if Phil would see his shadow. They thought he wouldn't see his shadow and Spring will come sooner...at least that's how they hoped that it would go. So, now that it is actually Groundhog Day, did the groundhog see his shadow? Are we going to have an early Spring?
