Career and Technical Education (CTE) Pathways provide students with meaningful opportunities to explore their interests, develop real-world skills, and prepare for success in both college and careers. At Salem Hills High School, we proudly support a wide range of CTE Pathways that align with Utah’s Career Pathways framework and the national Career Clusters® model.

Each CTE Pathway is thoughtfully designed to:

• Build a strong foundation for college, apprenticeships, or employment

CTE Pathways typically culminate in an industry-recognized certification or credential, giving students a competitive edge as they transition from high school into postsecondary education or the workforce.

Pathway Completion Recognition

Students who complete the required coursework (typically 3.0 credits in a specific CTE area) and meet all qualifications will be recognized with a CTE Medallion at graduation. This honor represents a student’s dedication, skill, and readiness for the future.
