We had the most amazing assembly yesterday! BYU came to teach us how to be Cougar Strong! We learned how to be mentally strong, physically strong, technology strong, and socially strong. Along with learning how to be Cougar Strong, we got to watch some pretty incredible dunk skills. Thank you BYU for taking the time to visit our school! Our students loved it!
