A Christmas Carol

All the hard work finally paid off when Mr. Hansen's sixth-graders performed A Christmas Carol.  Students had been working for months to memorize and perfect each of their parts.  There were days when they even sacrificed some of their P.E. time to practice the play.  By the time the big day rolled around, they were well prepared to entertain us all!

Just a reminder that there will be a performance at 6:00 tonight for parents..

Christmas Assembly

Salem Elementary's Christmas Assembly is a fun tradition that is always much anticipated by all students. Students sing Christmas songs as a grade level, the fifth graders play their recorders, and sixth graders sing while playing ukeleles .  Definitly a great way to show school spirit and spread some holiday cheer.

SHHS Christmas Choir Concert

On Tuesday, December 12, Salem Elementary had the opportunity to visit Salem Hills HIgh School where they enjoyed a performance by the high school's choir.  Students look forward to these occasions, as many of them know and look up to several of the choir members, and love hearing the fun Christmas songs.
