Submitted by dorie.thatcher on

Mrs. Bailey grew up in Littleton, Colorado until 6th grade.  Then she moved to Cottonwood Heights, Utah, where she attended junior high and Brighton High School.  She is the oldest of 4 kids.

She married her husband Mark in 1995 and have 4 children: Amber (USU), Ty (9th), Brett (7th) and Brynn (4th).

Mrs. Bailey loves to play the violin and has always been in a symphony or quartet.  She currently plays with the Millennial Choir and Orchestra and performs at Abravanel Hall two times a year.  She has taught violin for 25 years and orchestra for 8.  Mrs. Bailey loves to laugh and have fun, and especially loves (nice) practical jokes.  She loves to read, although math has always been her favorite subject.  Her favorite thing to do is to spend time with her family and to watch them do the things they love.  They love game night, charades, and dancing at their house.  Their favorite place to go is the beach or mountains.

Mrs. Bailey has her Bachelors of Science Degree-Elementary Education.  She went to school for two years at BYU and then graduated from SUU.  She has taught 5th grade at Salem Elementary for three years.
