On Tuesday, November 21st, Salem Elementary held an assembly in recognition of their super star students. This year students had an opportunity to enter special projects into a Reflections contest. The Reflections contest gives students a chance to develop skills in the fine arts. A few of the categories that students could enter into were 3D art, photography, and choreography. Over thirty students from Salem Elementary entered into the Reflections contest this year. At the recognition assembly, all the students who entered were recognized; some with certificates and some with trophies. Some of the student’s projects will be submitted for state competition. These student’s projects have a chance to make it to national levels. A big thanks goes out to the P.T.A. for organizing and running this program for Salem Elementary. Go Super Stars!
