Holiday Joy

The last couple of days before Thanksgiving break Mrs. Hooley's class spent each afternoon learning about and doing different activities associated with Native Americans and Pilgrims.  They made teepees, indian corn, clay pottery, pilgrim hats, and bracelets to help them understand the reasons we celebrate Thanksgiving.

We live in a wonderful community and want to thank the MANY businesses who supported the PTO Fun Run Fundraiser. Students lined up to sign certificates of appreciation as a token of their gratitude.

A Long Walk to Water

A Long Walk to Water

At a recent assembly, students learned more about empathy as they took a virtual trip to Africa and walked in the shoes of another child named Thomas. They were surprised and excited to learn that they can help a child their age receive a simple, lifesaving gift…clean water.
