Thankful Salem STARS

Submitted by pam.lynn on

Mrs. Hales' Kindergarten class enjoyed a fun Thanksgiving Feast today.  They have been learning about manners, the proper way to set a table, and had a special lesson from Mrs. Tew about table manners.  Before enjoying their feast they each shared some things they were thankful for.  All our parents helpers were very impressed with the excellent manners the class used during their meal today.  Happy Thanksgiving!

6th grade students are thankful to live in the United States!  6th grade students split  their desks up to be equivalent to land mass and populations around the world. We then passed out cookies and money which were equivalent to the available food and gross product around the world. We then read stories about how children around the world live. It is an amazing day!

You wouldn't drink this.  Find out who does.... every day.  Our assembly is November 8th.
